Ster Kinekor Theatres (Pty) Ltd Competition Terms & Conditions The Ster Kinekor Theatres “KARATE KID: LEGENDS SK Club, Edgars Club and Discovery watch and win competition ("the promotion") is conducted by Ster Kinekor Theatres (Pty) Ltd. (Registration Number: 2018/ 482630/07 and VAT Registration number: 4010283770).
These rules relating to the promotion comprise its official rules (the "rules"), together with official promotional communication by Ster Kinekor Theatres, shall govern and apply to all participation and activity arising out of and relating to the promotion. These rules cannot be modified except by Ster-Kinekor Theatres, in its reasonable discretion, by a written revision to these rules posted on the Ster-Kinekor Theatres website, Facebook page and Twitter profile or, at Ster Kinekor Theatres' sole discretion, other official promotional communication channels reasonably determined to reach a majority of potential participants. By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these rules. Ster-Kinekor Theatres' decision regarding any matter arising out of the promotion shall be final and binding. We may still contact guests in other instances, such as in the course of providing guests with services or to collect outstanding fees. In these instances, the relevant practitioner will contact guests directly and not through the mailing list.
